<p>It is submitted that the report of RO has been perused and it has been noticed that </p>
<p>1. RO has not clarified about the nature/composition of the trade effluent whether it is biological or in organic and its actual generation after verification of the same from the industry.</p>
<p>2. The purpose of dilution of the trade effluent before treatment in ETP and technology being used in ETP whether it is biological or based on physiochemical technology as the same is being operated on intermitantly on batch wise mode.</p>
<p>3. Whether there is any problem of illegal disposal. </p>
<p>In view of above, may if approved, RO be requested to attend the above said observations and re-submit the application please.</p> |
