<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72px; background-color: #ffffff;">In view of the note of AEE/EE RO, if approved, consent to operate to the Hospital under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hospital for one year i.e. upto 31.12.2023 for 150 beds subject to suitable conditions and special conditions that:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72px; background-color: #ffffff;">1. The hospital shall obtain NOC from PDA Patiala for disposal of treated trade effluent into sewer line of PDA and submit to the Board within 15 days.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72px; background-color: #ffffff;">2. The Hospital shall obtain the authorization under Biomedical Waste Rules, 2016, before start of its operation.</span></p> |
