<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-left: 48.45pt; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">Bank Guarantee of suitable amount may be imposed upon the industry as an assurance that the industry shall comply with pollution control norms in future.</span></p> |
