<p>Sir, point wise reply of the observations raised by Zonal Office, is as under-</p>
<p>1. The industry has installed electromagnetic flow meter at the tubewell for the ground water abstraction (Photographs Attached). Moreover, the industry has installed flow meter at the outlet of ETP.</p>
<p>2. The industry has increased its fixed assets from 4.07 to 4.55 crore, reason of the same has been explained by industry in its undertaking (copy attached). Moreover, the industry has already deposited NOC regularization fee.</p>
<p>3. The industry representative informed that they have not added any additional land in the existing premises.</p>
