It is submitted that the application of the unit was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit is required to submit a fresh application under the Water Act, 1974 also along with requisite consent fee.
2. The unit has not mentioned detail regarding usage, treatment & disposal of domestic effluent generated within the premises.
3. The unit has not submitted location plan.
As such, it is requested to reply above said observations so that application may be processed further.
