<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Since, the industry has already submitted approved building plans on dated 08.12.2016 from Er Rajnish Kumar Singla, competent person by Director of Factories, Punjab. Therefore, there is no requirement for reapproval of building plans.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>In view of above, CTO under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 30/09/2032 with special conditions as under:</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall obtain NOC of the Board, if it changes any of its product/capacity of the plant.</p>
