<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore recommended that the validity of ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be renewed upto 30/09/2027 subject to special conditions as under.</p>
