<p class="MsoBodyText" style="line-height: 115%; margin: 0in 5.85pt .0001pt 69.0pt;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 3;"> </span>Keeping in the view, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.06.2027<span style="color: red;"> </span>with usual terms and conditions and with special condition that: -</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -15.0pt; line-height: 115%; margin: 0in 5.85pt .0001pt 69.0pt;">1. The HCF shall ensure to comply with the effluent standards and guidelines as notified under BMW Rules, 2016, amended from time to time.</p>
