No boiler or any other furnace has been installed. The industry has provided septic tank for the treatment of domestic effluent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">In view of the above-mentioned facts, if approved it is recommended that Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted <strong>upto 31/12/2026 </strong>with suitable conditions (under green category). </span></p>
