No. 306), Tehsil Dinanagar, District-Gurdaspur for developing Affordable Residential Colony</span>. The Project Proponent has submitted approved site plan issued from Senior Town Planner, Amritsar vide letter no. 533 dated 10/05/2022.</p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: .05pt 4.7pt .0001pt 5.25pt;">As per project report submitted by the Project Proponent total area of scheme/colony 5.606 acres for which the Project Proponent has obtained CLU for <span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;">land measuring 5.556 acres</span>. The Project Proponent has proposed total number of plots&ndash;99 in its proposed residential colony. The Project Proponent has also proposed to install STP of capacity @ 70 KLD against total generation of domestic effluent @ 68 KLD and has submitted feasibility report of the same.</p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: .05pt 4.7pt .0001pt 5.25pt;">The Project Proponent has reserved total land area measuring 2704.39 square yard (0.55 Acres) as green belt as per project report and site plan submitted and has intimated that the said area will be used for disposal of treated effluent from STP for plantation.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Cambria; mso-bidi-font-family: Cambria; mso-font-width: 115%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">The proposed site of the residential colony was visited by the Officer of this office on 15/11/2022 and it observed that the site of the residential colony has not developed yet no sewer lines/roads were laid in the colony.
