The industry had deposited Rs. 24000/- on account of consent fees under each act, towards cost of FA of Rs. 27.24 Cr with its previous applications; whereas it has deposited Rs. 42000/- on account of NOC regularisation fees towards cost of fixed assets as Rs. 50.0 Cr with this application. This needs clarification.</span></p>

As the site of the project is located in the area other than areas such as designated/ approved areas such as Industrial Area/ Industrial Estate/ Industrial Focal Point/ approved Industrial Park / Industrial Zone of the Master Plan, certificate of its location/situation from the nearest village lallakir/ phirni/ MC limits/ presence of 15 pucca houses, from the Revenue Authorities such as Deputy Commissioner/ Additional Deputy Commissioner or the Sub-Divisional Magistrate is required for grant of consent by the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 72.0pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">Though, the industry has submitted one report from Tehsildar/ Patwari of the area to the effect that the site is situated at 385 ft from the village phirni, the same cannot be considered and the industry is required to submit certified report from Revenue Authorities such as Deputy Commissioner/ Additional Deputy Commissioner or the Sub-Divisional Magistrate citing the distance of its unit from the nearest village lal lakir/ phirni, MC Limits, presence of 15 pucca houses within100 m radius of the unit.</span></p>

This needs clarification.</span></p>
