| Clarification Note: |
1. The project proponent has not submitted license from the Department of Forests, Punjab regarding installation of machinery.
2. Fee submitted by the Project Proponent is adequate for period upto 30.09.2022 only.
3. The industry is also required to submit reply to the observations mentioned in the earlier refused consents to operate.
The project proponent is requested to deposit adequate 'Consent fee' to consider this application for considerable period and to submit reply to the above observations, within 03 days.
