CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2021/17236120 dated 28/12/2021 and under the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2021/17236116 dated 24/12/2021 both having validity upto 30/09/2022, for Residential Flats @ 188 nos., subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent was also earlier granted extension in validity of consent to establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Ext/SAS/2021/17236080 dated 28/12/2021, which was valid upto 27/12/2022 for development of residential project, having 365 flats and also applied extension in the validity of the NOC, which is being processed.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent has applied for renewal of partial consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for 188 flats, with requisite documents and fees.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted latest CA certificate with increase of fixed assets from Rs. 40.30 crore to 51.16 crores as on 30/09/2022 due to construction of the remaining flats is going on.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>The Project proponent had earlier deposited consent fees of Rs 144000.00/- Vide UTR No<span style="color: #2b4973; background: #E8F6F9;"> </span>N298211685392077 dated 25.10.2021 under the provisions of Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs 144000.00/- vide UTR No. N298211685413537</span><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #1f6fb7; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> </span></strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">under the provisions of Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 dated 25.10.2021 which is adequate upto 30.09.2023 under both Acts.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has now deposited Rs. 1,68,000/- vide online UTR no. N285222159499303 dated 12/10/2022 under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 168000/- vide online UTR no. N285222159478004 dated 12/10/2022 under the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The project proponent has also constructed sludge drying pits. The project proponent has installed energy meter with the operation of STP. The project proponent has also installed water meter at the final outlet of STP. The project proponent has made an agreement with the adjoining farmer for the disposal of treated effluent onto land for plantation. The project proponent has developed green area for the disposal of treated effluent into adjoining site of STP. The Project proponent has developed 01 lawn area as per their approved layout plan. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 200%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of the above it is recommended that partial consent to operate under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 maybe granted to the project proponent upto 30/09/2025 for residential flats @188 nos. with suitable and<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>following<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;
