<p class="style" style="margin-right: .7pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black;">In light of observation raised by ZO it is submitted that this office requested DTP Patiala vide letter no. 5272 dated 08.08.2018 to intimate whether the site of industry is located in industrial zone of Master Plan or not and if not whether site is located in admissible zone of Master Plan and if not then how much time the industry can continue its operation at this site. Accordingly, the DTP, Patiala vide it letter no. 2925 DTP(P)/C-34 dated 11.09.2018 has reported as under:</span></p>
<p class="style" style="margin-right: .7pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 22.5pt; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;"> </span><em><span lang="PA" style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Raavi',sans-serif; color: black;">ਹਵਾਲੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿਚ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਕੇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਇਸ ਦਫਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੌਕਾ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ। ਨੱਥੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਕਾ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਾਈਟ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਲਸੇਲ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਅਰ ਹਾਉਸਿੰਗ ਜੋਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਪੋਟ ਜੋਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਨੋਟੀਫਾਈਡ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਜੋਨਿੰਗ ਰੈਗੂਲੇਸ਼ਨਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੋਲਸੇਲ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਅਰ ਹਾਉਸਿੰਗ ਜੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਨੂਫੈਕਚਰਿੰਗ ਆਫ ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਆਗਿਆਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਹਵਾਲੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਮੈਨੂਫੈਕਚਰਿੰਗ ਆਫ ਡਰਕਿੰਗ ਵਾਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਡਾ ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਐਕਟੀਵਿਟੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪੱਤਰ ਕੇਵਲ ਲੈਂਡ ਯੂਜ ਕਲਾਸੀਫਿਕੇਸਨ ਦਾ ਹੈ।</span></em></p>
