| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry for obtaining NOC of the Board for establishment of new card board manufacturing unit has been scrutinized and following observations have been made: -
1. The industry has not submitted any agreement with the paper & pulp industry from which the industry has proposed to procure ETP sludge.
2. The DTP letter regarding classification of land submitted alongwith application form is incomplete w.r.t land use pattern and suitability of proposed site for establishment of proposed card board unit.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
