The existing ETP and APCD provided by the industry are in good condition and were in operation. Earlier, the effluent and emission samples were collected by this office on 01/09/2022 and both are within prescribed limits of the Board. As such, the industry is complying with provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. </span></p>
