CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2019/10238147 dated 11/08/2019 and under the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2019/10238217 dated 03/08/2019 both having validity upto 31/03/2022 for Residential project having 236 flats and 9 shops, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The project proponent has submitted its CA certificate mentioning the cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 19.48 Crore as on 10/10/2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 72,000/- vides online R. No. 000512815887 dated 22/03/2022 and Rs. 54,000/- vide online R. no. 883619174 dated 21/10/2022 under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (lined with App. ID. 18282595) and Rs. 72000/- vide online R. no. 000512818226 dated 22/03/2022 and Rs. 54000/- vide online R. no. 773974221 dated 21/10/2022 (linked with App. ID. 18302596) under the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
