<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">In view of note dated 15.11.2022, it is submitted that the assets of the agency lies from Rs. 50 lac to Rs. 75 lac and as such the consent fees deposited by the agency is adequate upto 30.06.2026.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;">If approved, the consents to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the agency upto 30.06.2026 as per the adequacy of consent fee, subject to the following specific conditions that:-</span></p>
