CTOA/Varied/LDH3/2022/20108498 dated 27.10.2022 valid upto 26.10.2023 for Dyeing for all type of Yarn @ 2.4 T/day, Dyeing for all type of Fabrics (Polyester/Pc/Cotton)@ 12 T/day, Finishing for all type of Fabrics (P.C/Polyester/Cotton) @12 T/day with one boiler of capacity @ 8 TPH , one thermopac @ 2.5 Lac Kcal/Hr & two DG sets of capacity 500 KVA & 180 KVA with conditions mention therein. </span></p>

The industry further submitted that due to typing/clerical mistake the industry has been granted CTO under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 by the Board for the thermopac of capacity 2.5 Lac Kcal/hr treated of 25 Lac Kcal/hr.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">C)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has again applied for varied consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for Dyeing for all type of Yarn @ 2.4 T/day, Dyeing for all type of Fabrics (Polyester /Pc/Cotton) @ 12 T/day, Finishing for all type of Fabrics(Pc/Polyester/Cotton) @ 12 T/day, with one boiler of capacity @ 8 TPH, Thermopack @ 25 Lac Kcal/Hr & two DG sets of capacity 500 KVA & 180 KVA. The industry has already deposited Rs. 36,000/- vide R.No. 39406402 dated 06.10.2022, which is adequate upto 31.01.2025 under Air Act, 1981<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">.</span></span></p>
