<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 22.5pt; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">B.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has applied for fresh Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for Recycled Plastic Granules without any wet process @ 5 TPD from HDPE/LDPE/PP/LLDP E/HM/PVC/ABS/Pet Scrap and other plastic waste @ 5.5 TPD with discharge of only domestic effluent @ 0.1 KLD into sewer through septic tank through OCMMS. </span></p>

No. 917693990 dated 19.08.2022 under Water Act, 1974 & 7700/- (6600/- Air + 1100 NOC) vide UTR. No. 765810120 dated 19.08.2022 under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.03.2028 under both acts. </span></p>

However, this application of the industry was refused<span style="color: red;"> </span>by the Board as it had not submitted the land use certificate of this unit.</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="margin-right: 4.7pt; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of above, It is recommended that fresh Consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year subject to the suitable conditions along with special condition that:-</span></p>
