<p>Sir, it is submitted that the point wise reply of the observations raised by your good self is as under-</p>
<p>1. The representative of the project informed that there will be no addition in man power as present manpower is sufficient to operate this project. Hence, there will be no wastewater generation, so existing treatment facility is adequate.</p>
<p>2. The industry has installed ETP for treatment of waste water generated from the tank area if any leakages of oil, however, as per record file there is no leakage and no effluent sample has been collected.</p>
<p>3. The industry has obtained authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 vide no. HWM/renew/BTI/2022/18879200 dated 04.07.2022 and is valid upto 31.03.2023.</p>
