<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">As per the analysis report received from the head office lab the various parameters are within the prescribed limits, however, as per the visit report of the AEE the following non-compliances were observed: </span></p>

The ETP was in operation and treated water was leading to plantation area for stagnation. <strong>Very few trees have been planted for utilization of treated effluent causing stagnation in the plantation area</strong>. Further, the samples of the treated wastewater were collected from the outlet of ETP and were sent to the H/o Laboratory for analysis for which the analysis results are awaited.</span></p>

The ETP outlet meter reading was noted as 146.61 m<sup>3</sup> and record has been maintained by the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">3. <strong>The drain carrying effluent to ETP has provided with a bypass drain causing stagnation in adjoining area</strong>. <strong>Photographs are in the note attached dated 02.11.2022.</strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">4. The unit has provided water meter on the line carrying fresh water supply whose reading was noted as 6354 m<sup>3 </sup>and the record has also been maintained. The unit has <strong>consumed (6354 – 876) = 5478 m<sup>3</sup></strong> since last visit i.e. 19.07.2021. Whereas, <strong>the ETP outlet reading is depicting reading as 146.61 m<sup>3</sup></strong> only since last sampling dated 13.09.2021.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Therefore, in view of above and the agenda note submitted by the AEE, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be refused after affording an opportunity of personal hearing.</span></p>
