<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted reply of the Show cause notice that they have installed the evaporator system to evaporate wastewater having oil generated from washing of parts which was verified by undersigned during visit on 15.11.2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of above, it is recommended that ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted till 31.12.2027 with special conditions as under:</p>
