<p style="text-align: justify;">The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of above facts it is recommended that ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.07.2023 (i.e. upto validity of rent deed) with usual conditions & with special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.</p> |
