CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2022/17790339 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2022/17790327 each dated 06.04.2022, both valid upto 05.10.2022 for the production of manmade yarn dyeing @ 1180 kg/day with the discharge of treated trade effluent @ 10 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment through the ETP along with One Boiler of 01 TPH capacity with cyclone separator as APCD and one boiler of capacity 0.2 TPH with adequate stack height. The electricity connection of the industry was also restored temporarily upto 05.10.2022.</span></p>

The industry has deposited </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Rs. 3600/-vide online receipt No. 784045360 dated 07.10.2022 under the Water Act, 1974</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'MS Mincho';"> & </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Rs. 3600/- vide online receipt No. 184861067 dated 07.10.2022 under the Air Act, 1981,</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'MS Mincho';"> which are adequate upto 31.03.2024 </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">after deduction of Rs. 360/- as penalty under both acts</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'MS Mincho';">.</span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has installed 05 cone dyeing machines (5kg X2, 10kgs X 2, 20 kg X 1) and 05 cabinet dyeing machines (120 kg X 1, 50 kg X 3) in its premises. The cabinet machines are not in operation due to market situation. </span></p>

The treatment process is batch process. </span></p>

Cyclone is provided with 600 Kg boiler & adequate stack height is provided with both the boilers. However during visit only 200 Kg boiler was in operation.</span></p>

However, the industry has got analyzed its effluent sample from Private lab on 21.10.2022 and as per the analysis report results are within limit.</span></p>
