<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%;" align="left">Approved as proposed above with the condition that the industry shall intimate the schedule regarding operation of its washing activities and RO shall collect effluent samples within one month after the receipt of information from the industry. In case of failure on the part of the industry, action as deemed fit shall be taken against the industry without giving any notice / opportunity.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%;" align="left"> RO shall also to keep watch over the activities of the industry to ensure collection of effluent samples.</p>
