It is not clear whether the concerned authority allows the land beyond its premises to comply with the condition of 33% area under Green belt. As such, the industry is required to obtain necessary permission from SEIAA for which the industry has given assurance but it is not clear whether the industry has applied for the same or not.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">In this regard, the industry has undertaken that we will apply to receive permission for inclusion of land outside unit to SEIAA and as soon as the same is received, we will supply copy thereof to the board. It is therefore requested to renew our consents. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">EE,RO,FGS recommended that </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Consent to operate under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the industry up to 30/09/2023 with special conditions as under:</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">1. The industry shall get the green area condition amended from SEIAA, Punjab regarding development of 33% plantation area over additional land purchased nearby the unit for plantation purposes and submit the same to the Board within 3-4 months.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The industry shall develop green belt over an area equal to 33% of the plant area, with native tree species in accordance with CPCB guidelines, within 6 months time.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">3.&nbsp; The industry shall comply with all the conditions of Environmental clearance granted by Ministry of Environment &amp; Forests under EIA notification dated 14/9/2006.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">4.The industry shall fulfill its Corporate Environment Responsibility as per the special condition of the environmental clearance granted to it.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">In view of the above and recommendations of EE,RO,FGS, if approved, the industry may be granted c</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">onsent to operate under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30/09/2023 with suitable conditions aper policy of the Board and additional conditions as proposed by the EE,RO,FGS, please.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Competency: Worthy CEE</span></p>
