<p style="margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #000000; background: white;"><span> </span>In view of note dated 15.11.2022, if approved, consent to operate of the Board granted to the marriage palace under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be further extended for a period upto 30.09.2027, subject to the following special conditions:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; background: white;"><span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span>1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; background: white;">The marriage palace will ensure compliance w.r.t. the guidelines issued for control of pollution and enforcement of environmental norms at Individual Establishments and the Area/Cluster of Restaurants/ Hotels/Motels/ Banquets issued vide Board’s office order no SEE(HQ-2)2021/64 dt. 02.02.2021.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; background: white;"><span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span>2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; background: white;">The marriage palace shall not throw, burn or burry any solid wastes in open, outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; background: white;"><span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span>3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; background: white;">The marriage palace shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises.</span></span></p>
