<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the industry is a small<span style="color: red;"> </span>scale red category unit, earlier the industry was granted consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/LDH3/2022/18174773 on dated 24.05.2022 for the production of Dyeing of Acrylic Yarn/Cloth @ 6 MT/day with operation of one boiler of capacity 10 TPH with cyclone separator, which is valid upto 05.05.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 for the production of dyeing of Yarn/Cloth @ 6 MT/day with operation of one boiler of capacity 10 TPH and One Thermic Fluid Heater of 15 Lac Kcal/hr capacity with cyclone separator. The industry had already deposited Rs. 1,51,200/- vide UTR no. SBIN221063950006 dated 04.03.2021 under Air Act, 1981 & Rs. 21,600/- vide Ref no. 223203964971 dated 16.11.2022 as NOC regularization fee, which is adequate upto 30.06.2036.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by the officer of this office on 15.11.2022<span style="color: red;"> </span>and it was observed that:-</span></p>

Total installed capacity of soft flow machines are 3600 Kg. </span></p>

Now the industry has added one thermic fluid heater of capacity 15 Lac Kcal/hr with Cyclone separator as an APCD. The industry was using rice husk as fuel in its boiler and thermopac and has also provided the common stack of adequate height with both. </span></p>

Industry has not added any water polluting machinery inside the premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Earlier the air emission sample from the porthole of stack after APCD of the Boiler installed by the industry was collected on 22.04.2022 and as per the analysis report the </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">concentration of particulate matter was found 250 mg/Nm<sup>3</sup> against the prescribed limit of 500 mg/Nm<sup>3</sup>. Hence, the same was found complying with the provisions of Air Act, 1981.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of above, it is recommended that varied consent to </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">one boiler of capacity 10 TPH and One Thermic Fluid Heater of capacity 15 Lac Kcal/hr </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2027 with usual conditions.</span></p> |
