<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In addition to note of AEE, it is informed that the industry has given undertaking dated 17/11/2022 that they will make agreement with CETP commissioned at Chanalon for lifting and treatment of its trade effluent.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the project proponent for one year with the suitable conditions and special conditions as under:</p>
