It is intimated that RO has reported that the site is suitable for such type of project, <span lang="EN-US"> </span><span lang="EN-US">There is an existing shed in the proposed plot and the industry has taken the plot along with the existing shed on lease up to 31.07.2023.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved fresh CTE may be granted up to 31/7/23 with the special conditions as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that <span lang="EN-IN">PP will establish the industry on its own risk & cost in regard to the </span><span lang="EN-IN">adequacy of pollution control measures as well as the lease deed.</span></span></p>
