You are requested to submit the following details within 02 days.
1. C.A certificate regarding un-depreciated value of the fixed assets of the industry.
2. Authorized signatory certificate in the name of the applicant.
3. Compliance report of previous consent conditions in annotated form alongwith duly signed.
4. Bank Guarantee of Rs. 01 Lac.
5. Layout plan w.r.t plumbing system submitted by the industry is not clear, therefore, it is requested to submit the plan with requisite colours as detailed below:
a. Fresh Water- Blue Colour
b. Effluent Channel- Red Colour.
c. Recirculation Water Channel - Green Colour.
d. Storm Water - Orange Colour.
e. Domestic Sewer - Dotted Black ink.
