<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: -16.7pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;">It is intimated that earlier the consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1981 were valid upto 30/09/2022 vide online reference No. CTOA/Renewal/PKT/2018/7384560 & CTOW/Renewal/PKT/2018/7384650 dated 18/05/2018 for the operation of stone crusher for production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 2800 CFT/Day, Washed Sand 500 CFT/Day & Boulders @ 700 CFT/Day from River Bed Material @ 4000 CFT/Day. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: -16.7pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;">Now the stone crusher has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of stone crusher through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: -16.7pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;">The stone crusher has deposited Rs. 16000/- vide online UTR No. 227637852 dated 13/11/2022 and Rs. 15500/- vide online UTR No. 513480505 dated 13/11/2022 as consent to operate fee under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 500/- as application fee respectively and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 43,07,760/- as on 30/09/2022 as per CA certificate submitted by the stone crusher. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;">In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30/09/2027 for the operation of stone crusher for production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 2800 CFT/Day, Washed Sand 500 CFT/Day & Boulders @ 700 CFT/Day from River Bed Material @ 4000 CFT/Day as per policy of the Board in light of the discussion by your good self in light of officer meeting held at Head Office, Patiala and without visiting the unit/site in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016 with suitable conditions along with special conditions:- </span></p>

No 57/2020 or any relevant orders of Competent Authority in related matter.</span></p>
