In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his agenda note and recommendations of EE,RO,FGS, if approved, </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Consent to Establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the project proponent for one year with the suitable conditions and special conditions as under:</span></p>

The industry shall install its unit in the land area for which it has obtained CLU from the Office of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Urban Development-cum-Competent Authority Local Government, Fatehgarh Sahib.</span></p>

The industry shall make an agreement with CETP at Chanalon for lifting and treatment of its trade effluent, well before obtaining CTO from the Board.</span></p>
