The perusal of the said note reveals that earlier, as per the SDM/DTP report, the site of hot mix plant was not complying with the sitting guidelines laid down by the Board vide notification dated 26.04.1999 for establishment of such type of units <strong>w.r.t. the distances of the site from the State Highway.</strong></span></p>
