<p>It is submitted that the analysis report received from the Board's lab indicated that the various parameters are within the prescribed limits. However, there are some observations reagrding disposal of the treated effluent. In veiw of above, may if approved, consent for a short period i.e. for six months be granted to the indutry under the Water Act, 1974 with special condition that</p>
<p>1. The industry shall properly maintain its plantation area as per the Karnal Technology within one month.</p>
<p>2. Environmental Engineer shall visit the industry after one month and submit her recommendations reagrding compliance of environmental Laws made by the industry . </p> |
