<p>In view of recommendation made by JEE it is proposed that :-</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px; background-color: #e8f6f9; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 16px; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 54pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">(a)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry shall provide hazardous waste storage facility to store its hazardous waste generated from wet scrubber as APCD and apply for authorization under Hazardous Waste Management Rules, 2016 within two months.</span></p>
