<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif; font-size: 13.5pt;">It is submitted that as per note of RO, the NOC extension case has been recommended for refusal due to following observations: </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>That the civil construction work is under progress. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The STP was located in the basement and constructed by the promoter in such a way that not having any feasible approach to check its components. As such, the same could not be verified whether installed as per the proposal submitted by promoter at the time of obtaining NOC.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The promoter was granted NOC for utilization of treated domestic effluent for flushing purpose however, the promoter is not able to show any progress made w.r.t. arrangement of dual plumbing system provided/ to be provided. </span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">It is pertinent to mention here that the undersigned is of the view that the observations made at point no. 2 and 3 as above are to be verified during the grant of consent to operate to the projects. At this point of time, only the status of construction / its commissioning was to be verified. </span></span></p>

The PP shall install its pollution control equipments as per the proposal submitted during the application submitted for obtaining fresh consent to establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 from the Board. </span></span></p>
