<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">Sir, the application of the industry was scrutinized and observed that the feasibility report of APCD with induction furnace submitted by the industry does not contain stamp/sign of any chartered engineer/competent person and has also not submitted completion certificate of the same from any chartered engineer/competent person. The industry has not filled category/ type of the industry in application form. Also the industry has required to submit consent fee detail under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 with the application.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">If approved, the application may be returned with request to resubmit the same after rectifying the above mentioned observations.</span></p>
