<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">Sir, the application was scrutinized and observed that the industry has filled in application from fixed assets value of Rs 213.43 lacs, however the CA certificate submitted by the industry the fixed assets value of Rs 233.25 lacs as well as plant and machinery value filled in application form of Rs 124.21 lacs, however the CA certificate submitted by the industry the plant and machinery value of Rs 129.04 lacs which is incorrect. The industry has not submitted detail of increase in fixed assets. Also the industry has not filled category/type of industry in application form.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 36pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">If approved, the application may be returned with request to resubmit the same after rectifying the above mentioned observation.</span></p>
