The process of the industry is covered under category 5f of the schedule attached with EIA, notification, 2006, pertains to Synthetic organic chemicals industry (dyes & dye intermediates; bulk drugs and intermediates excluding drug formulations; synthetic rubbers; basic organic chemicals, other synthetic organic chemicals and chemical intermediates) as the industry is using organic chemicals like Di-Butyl Maleate, Diethyl Phthalate (DEP), Acrylic Acid etc for manufacturing of adhesive.
The industry to inform whether they had obtained prior Environmental Clearance from the MoEF&CC for above or not in 02 day. |
