<p><span lang="EN-US">The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In view of above mentioned facts, it is, therefore, recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 may be renewed upto 30.06.2024, </span><span lang="EN-US">subject to the suitable conditions, additional conditions as imposed in the note of AEE and additional condition that the industry shall get its hazardous waste lifted within one month.</span></p>
