<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 22.45pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt -4.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has deposited Rs. 15000/- vide UTR No. N270222135159844 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 27.09.2022 under Water Act, 1974. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2027 under both Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 22.45pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt -4.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has deposited latest CA Certificate, compliance of earlier granted consent to operate. The industry has already installed one shelling unit and one dryer unit and Cyclone Separators as APCD. The industry is discharged only <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>domestic effluent onto land for plantation. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 22.45pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">It is further submitted that Board issued order vide no. CEE (HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries. The industry is complying with the conditions of consents granted earlier under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The industry falls in Orange category in small scale sector and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Hoshiarpur.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 22.45pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">May if approved, the consents to operate granted under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted up to 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions. </span></p> |
