CTOW/Renewal/PTA/2019/11175719 dated 19/09/2019, valid upto 30/09/2028 and under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/PTA/2020/13776066 dated 01.10.2020, valid upto 30/09/2025 (without drier) subject to conditions mentioned therein under the name and style of M/s G.L. Rice Mills. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has taken on lease from G.L. Rice Mills and has applied for new name of M/s Jindal Rice Mills for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & transfer of consent to operate under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under the name and style of M/s Jindal Rice Mills for manufacturing of Rice @ 2.0 T/day by processing of Paddy @ 3.0 T /hour (without drier) under orange category along with requisite documents. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 9290/- vide online R. No. 496068526 dated 12.11.2022 on account of consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 9290/- vide online R. No. 859901349 dated 12.11.2022 on account of consent fee under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2025 against the fixed assets of Rs. 31.30 lakh as on 31.10.2022 as per CA certificate by the industry. The industry has also deposited Rs. 700/- vide UTR. No. 859901349 dated 12.11.2022 as NOC regularization fee, which is adequate. The industry has deposited Rs. 7198/- Vide online R. No. 859901349 dated 12.11.2022 as air emission sample testing fee. The industry has also submitted a lease from 01.09.2022 to 31.08.2025. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 3.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has submitted compliance report of consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 130%; mso-list: l0 level3 lfo3; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0in 0in 3.0pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">b.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry shall provide proper rice husk storage facilities inside the factory premises and the height of brick wall in front of the discharge point of rice husk area should be at least 10' high or 3.5' higher than the discharge point of the rice husk pipe (whichever is more) and the length of aforesaid brick wall should be at least 35' on each side of the rice husk discharge pipe.</span></p>

The wind screen system should have a porosity of ~30% to lower the wind velocities, thus reducing the amount of airborne particulate from storage, handling and loading / unloading areas of rice husk.</span></p>

The HDPE warp knitted fabric be made of 100% virgin high density polymer of at least 70 gm/m2 weight having 40-45 hole/inch2 to prevent wind blowing of stored husk. </span></p>

CTOA/Renewal/PTA/2020/13776066 dated 01.10.2020, valid upto 30/09/2025. </span></p> |
