During hearing, the Director of the industry requested to collect the effluent sample in the month of October 2018 as the industry was lying closed those days due to off season. After considering the request made by the Director of the industry, it was decided that the industry shall submit prior schedule of its operation to Regional Office, Bathinda to facilitate the officers of the Board for collection of samples. But the industry failed to submit any schedule of its operation in the last more than 4 years.</span></p>

Regarding increase in assets, the industry has claimed that the assets have been increased due to installation of some machinery parts for making better quality of products, repair of machinery / sheds etc.</span></p>

But the industry has not submitted any documentary proof regarding capacity of the new boiler.</span></p>

<p class="msolistparagraph" style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Tahoma; background: white;">Therefore, the industry be issued show cause notice before refusal of renewal of 'consents to operate' under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 to file reply within 10 days.</span></p>
