<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">In view of the above, it is recommended as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">1.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Directions u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 may be dropped and electric supply available to the industry may be restored temporarily upto 31.3.2023 . </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">2. Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry. upto 31.03.2023 (as per adequacy of consent fee) with the following special conditions:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>(a) The industry shall provide hazardous waste storage facility to store its hazardous waste generated from wet scrubber as APCD and apply for authorization under Hazardous Waste Management Rules, 2016, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>within 15 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">(b) The industry shall submit analysis report of air emission <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>from Board lab/State Lab within two months. </span></p> |
