CTOW/Renewal/RPN/2021/17194081 dated 24/12/2021 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no CTOA/Fresh/RPN/2017/6677506 dated 30/11/2017 both were expired on 30/09/2022 for operation of a marriage palace of capacity 500 persons/ function in total land area of 5392.37 sqm (built up area 1036.054 sqm).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Now, the marriage palace has applied for obtaining renewal of 'Consent to Operate' under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 alongwith compliance of previous consents and consent fee. The industry has submitted the CA certificate wherein the value of fixed assets of the industry as on 26.09.2022 is of Rs. 86.00 lakhs.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">As per record file, the earlier fee deposited by the marriage palace was adequate upto 30.09.2024 only under the Water Act, 1974. Now the marriage palace has deposited consent fee under the both Acts as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">In view of above and the agenda generated, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed to the marriage palace upto 30.09.2026 subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions as under:</span></p>
