It is submitted that Sh. Mehar Chand Singla, Director of the industry attended this office on 18.11.2022 and he represented before your goodself that the industry was earlier running with name of M/s HCS Foods Limited and it has obtained site clearance for production of 15 TPD solvent plant with refinery. He further submitted that said industry has also obtained consent to operate for production of refined oil @ 15 TPD and de-oiled cake @ 80 TPD. Now, the industry has applied for fresh consents to produce Edible Crude Oil @ 30 TPD, De-oiled cake @ 170 TPD and Edible Oil @ 175 Ltr/day. He requested that the present application applied by the industry for increased capacity may be returned and the industry will apply for consents for production of refined oil @ 15 TPD and de-oiled cake @ 80 TPD. He also assured that the industry will not increase its production without obtaining site clearance and NOC.               On the basis of request made by the industry, it is recommended that present application may be returned.
