<p style="text-align: justify;">Please find attached the proceedings of hearing dated 11/11/2022 (copy enclosed). It is requested to verify the compliance made by the industry and shall submit further report and recommendations.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In compliance of the hearing decisions dated 11/11/2022, the varied consent to operate applied under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 is hereby returned as the industry has applied for full production but the industry had not upgraded its pollution control device to handle/ cater the pollution load generated from the industry as per full production.</p> |
