<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 78.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Now the subject cited brick kiln has applied for renewal of 'Consent to Operate' under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The subject cited brick kiln has earlier deposited adequate consent fee, which is valid up to 30.06.2031 as per new fee structure. Now the BKO has submitted the Rs. 1500 vide no. 70591324 dated 07.10.2022 as NOC regularization fee. Rs 9,000/- vide UTR No. 702775228 dated 31.10.2022. The fee submitted under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 is valid upto 30/10/2019 including 400% penalty fee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 78.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The brick kiln was again visited by undersigned on 16.11.2022 and it was observed as under: - </span></p>
